So I have a vision and end goal. I want to engage and promote. I am moderately computer literate and a quick study. BUT time management is a big challenge with two little ones and I have A LOT to learn (plus I am not totally sure, what I don’t really NEED to know). Widgets and plug-ins are common verbiage to some nowadays, but I need to study these things. I am struggling with decisions in choosing theme needs.
I want to share my posts with the world already! I just need to make sure before I make that leap that others will want to follow. That I don’t become the talk of the community because I am a newbie. Typically, when you start a new job you can see people, hear their tone and gage their enthusiasm (or lack there-of) but in the on-line world….people can be cruel and the whole point is to let strangers in to your world. I have seen it. I follow a lot of blogs, I have seen people judge others. It’s not that I can’t hold my own, or be confrontational should the need arise. For the most part I am a very go-with-the-flow, to each their own type of gal. What works for others doesn’t necessarily fit my mold and I accept that of others… but some folks can be well… downright catty. So there it is, I have stress and nerves about this whole thing.
What I do know, is once I learn….I WILL BE GOOD AT THIS.
- To share what works for me & my family
- To learn what works for others- so I can continue to improve as wife and mother
- To promote companies, brands and people that are deserving and offer good product.
- To eventually be able to help others navigate the blogging world and develop a similar appreciation.
